Pain Relief Without Force

Stubborn muscle spasms  can be released without bruising, elbow digging, or deep force. Instead, you will experience a variety of gentle techniques that release inflammation and compensation patterns in the connective tissue (fascia). They ease joint pain, and resolve neuromuscular restrictions.

When you have specific aches and pains in quantity, they often need ongoing attention or even medical consultation. By visiting regularly, we can focus on those areas with targeted pain-relieving techniques. These techniques reduce discomfort, supporting your long-term mobility and wellness. Each session may be different, based on your current need.

Chasing after pain does not provide the lasting relief needed. At first, sessions need to be closer together until tapering to maintenance for improved quality of life.  Calm Relief has helped many people improve their health and vitality to thrive as they age. Advanced Techniques You May Experience

These following bodywork methods and others are provided by your practitioner: Ex. stretching, isometrics, MediCupping vacuum pumping, Far Infrared Light, gentle massager vibration, myofascial release or Dolphin MPS Neurostim Therapy, stretching, sustained positional release, trigger point, and more.

Natural Muscle Release – two signature methods

  • Sustained Positional Release is the opposite of stretching. When a muscle spasms, its tight and shorter than usual. Your practitioner positions your body to  relax by making the spasmed muscle even shorter, holding it in a relaxed state. As you perform a simple breathing technique, it signals the muscle’s memory to naturally let go of the spasm, taking around 90 seconds. This bodywork specialty techniques targets pain and restrictions without force as a soothing experience.
  • Isometrics is another excellent bodywork method. Because muscles work in pairs, you make the  muscle opposite of the spasm muscle work. Your practitioner guides you with a gentle resistance on the relaxed muscle. Consequently, your opposite spasmed muscle relaxes. Clients typically experience this as a natural, amazing release of neck tension. These two methods is where “Calm Relief ” got its name.

How to Choose Your Session Length

If you are short on time and want relief for one really troublesome area, the 30-minute session works perfectly as a spot treatment. Stubborn areas require more time and attention to detail, especially if you have had this problem awhile. Meanwhile, an hour session can usually cover two problem areas and possibly massage of other areas. If you suffer from more than two areas of pain, you may need a 75 or 90-minute session, or multiple visits. 90-minute sessions and Gift Certificates are available by texting Maryanne.

Gift Certificates need the recipient’s first and last name, email, and mobile number. Allow 24 to 48 hours 1(407)756-4947  during business hours. Need it faster, then call and text.
