Roll and Release Therapy

Roll and Release Therapy is a delightful way to relax muscles and tension, while renewing your skin. It exfoliates, calms inflammation to reduce pain through added vibrational circulation, and loosens stubborn cellulite debris hidden in the surface tissue. This vacuum therapy tool has small rollers to glide over your skin while gently lifting and vibrating to rejuvenate that healthy appearance.

If you have a stubborn area of pain or even cellulite, it has been known to  decrease pain and soften the surface area? As an added benefit, the stroke directions are designed to benefit lymph cleansing.

Following the roll and release exfoliation, your skin is moisturized with organic massage lotion infused with magnesium oil and a blend of essential oils. This leaves your skin with a soft, healthy appearance. This service feels luxuriously wonderful . It targets stubborn areas while refreshing  your skin’s texture to softness. Magnesium oil nourishes and replenishes your body’s wellness.  Try it. You will feel invigorated, yet having a sense of internal calm.

Before and During a Massage

Finish eating 90 minutes before a massage or bodywork. During a massage with lotion, all clients are draped conservatively. Payment expressing your satisfaction is made after your first received service. No refunds are provided on received services.

After a Massage

The time it takes to disrobe and get dressed is counted as part of your session length, which is standard in massage therapy.

Drink at least two cups of water following a massage. The wonderful feeling after a massage will last longer. Water is needed to cleanse stirred debris.

Should I come with a sore throat or fever?

NO. Sickness is contagious, especially in the first three days.  Massage makes sickness feel worse.  No massage will take place when a fever is present. If you are not sure you should come, call to discuss it. 407-756-4947 Thank you for understanding and providing notice.
