Before and During a Massage

Appointment preparation and policies: Finish eating 90 minutes before a session. During a massage with lotion, all clients are draped conservatively. Payment expressing your satisfaction is made after your first received service. No refunds are provided on received services. Calm Relief wants you to leave very pleased. If for any reason you are not satisfied, immediately discuss how we can adjust for your comfort. We want  to serve you with the care you need.

Appointment changes Short Notice: Provide at least 24 hours advanced notice to change an appointment reserved exclusively for you. Failure to make sure the practitioner is notified, carries a $50 short notice/no show fee.   If the short notice fee is paid twice, future appointments will require advanced nonrefundable payment in full in order to reserve an appointment.

Tardiness: If you are late, the session will end at the scheduled ending time. There is a 15 minute courtesy waiting time before the appointment is considered a no-show. Thank you for honoring the practitioner’s time and business policy.

After a Massage

The time it takes to disrobe and get dressed is counted as part of your session length, which is standard in massage therapy.

Drink at least two cups of water following a massage. The wonderful feeling after a massage will last longer. Water is needed to cleanse stirred debris.

Should I come with a sore throat or fever?

NO. Sickness is contagious, especially in the first three days.  Massage makes sickness feel worse.  No massage will take place when a fever is present. If you are not sure you should come, call to discuss it. 407-756-4947 Thank you for understanding and providing notice.

Tipping

CASH tipping is customary for excellent service and greatly appreciated! Credit card companies charge a merchant fee. The full amount is received when it’s cash.  However, Calm Relief never wants  to add financial stress, and would rather have your business if tipping is uncomfortable.
