Medium to Firm Pressure Massage

Calm Relief awaits2Medium to Firm Pressure Massage for relaxation or minor pain relief

Feel the tension fade as firm strokes melt away the stress. If you prefer relief for minor pain in a specific area, this multipurpose massage is ideal. This is the choice whether you prefer a medium to firm massage, or a prenatal massage. This medium to firm pressure is with a broad stroke, not digging.

You will be pleased to receive “Calm Relief” from specific, targeted techniques that allow your body to let go, naturally. Complimentary pain-relieving equipment or tools may be included as needed for this flagship massage and bodywork session. Each session may be a different combination of bodywork techniques based on your need.

The massage is stress relieving and also may include bodywork techniques  for example: stretching, isometrics, MediCupping, Far Infrared Light, gentle percussive vibration, myofascial release or Dolphin MPS Neurostim Therapy . Positional release may be added, which is a method to target a muscle that is spasmed by placing and sustaining your body in a specific relaxed position. As you do a breathing technique, it signals the muscle memory after 90 seconds to let go of the tension, naturally.  These bodywork specialty techniques target pain and restrictions without force as a soothing experience.

Targeting and releasing stubborn muscle spasms is provided. There is no digging with elbows, no deep force sports massage, nor bruising at Calm Relief. You may experience a variety of techniques to release inflammation, compensation patterns in the connective tissue (fascia), joint pain and neuromuscular (nerve to muscle relationship) restriction.

Choose the half hour session if you are short on time and want relief in one specific area.  The half-hour time is more of a spot treatment.

If you have a few areas bothering you, discuss it with the muscle whisperer. An hour or 75 minutes may be more appropriate.

Gift Certificates are available on the store page tab. If you need one faster than 48 hours call+1(407)756-4947 during business hours.

Before and During a Massage

Finish eating 90 minutes before a massage or bodywork. During a massage with lotion, all clients are draped conservatively. Payment expressing your satisfaction is made after your first received service. No refunds are provided on received services.

After a Massage

The time it takes to disrobe and get dressed is counted as part of your session length, which is standard in massage therapy.

Drink at least two cups of water following a massage. The wonderful feeling after a massage will last longer. Water is needed to cleanse stirred debris.

Should I come with a sore throat or fever?

NO. Sickness is contagious, especially in the first three days.  Massage makes sickness feel worse. Calm Relief now uses a NO-Touch Thermometer before the session. No massage will take place when a fever is present. If you are not sure you should come, call to discuss it. 407-756-4947 Thank you for understanding and providing notice.

Tipping

CASH tipping is customary for excellent service. Credit card companies charge a merchant fee. The full amount is received when it’s cash. Though not required, it is greatly appreciated!  However, Calm Relief never wants added financial stress, and would rather have your business.
