Philosophy

My philosophy is to support and encourage the God-designed body systems for healing. You will find unique services here that allow natural tension relief, without force. Massage is typically a temporary relief. However, some of these bodywork methods give you long term to permanent improvements. I have a special passion for helping women who have had mastectomies and breast reconstructions. The long term pain relief and increased range of motion restored is wonderful. It is my ultimate reward to be on this  healing journey with you, especially seeing client’s experience P.T.S.D. triggers removed.

“Finding the right combination of therapies for your improved quality of life is my goal!”

Unique benefits

Think of this care as self-respect or a part of your health maintenance for anti-aging. Your car needs regular oil changes and your body needs maintenance, too. Right?  It is my delight and passion to share with you the benefits of these unusual techniques. Explaining the benefits and applications of lymph cleansing is a quest of mine because the lymph cleansing improves so many areas of your health. It is possible for your life to improve, even as a senior! This hope is realized once you understand why these techniques work.  Sometimes that improvement can be in one session of scar restriction release, or Cranial Sutures Release for former head trauma. Gall bladder surgery, mastectomy, hip or knee replacement, and other surgical scars are also examples of changed lives from one session of care. Many people have seen improvements for older compensation patterns of pain and restriction with a series or season of sessions. Some causes were a bad fall, car accident, frozen shoulder, or surgery, to name a few.  It is my joy to see your life improve. This may take your home care effort to provide greater mobility.

Did you know stress is now considered the number one enemy to your health, before COVID?   A response to a traumatic scar being touched  can sometimes be erased. I have seen tremors, flinching, and flashbacks erase at Calm Relief. This PTSD type of care is not a guarantee, but many have experienced this freedom.

Today, so many people experience events or seasons of constant emotional pressure. ‘Life Changes Soothing Touch’ offers compassionate relief.”  Corporate stress, emotional grieving, family care giving, and other stressors need this type of soothing relief.

I enjoy building relationships with clients. Each one is special to me. I look forward to building a relationship with you and serving you with Calm Relief.

Your Choice

If you would also like prayer during your session, just ask. As a believer or Christian, I’ve seen greater comfort and results when we pray.  I believe I was created to be an instrument for healing through education, music, massage, and upon request – prayer.

Before and During a Massage

Finish eating 90 minutes before a massage or bodywork. During a massage with lotion, all clients are draped conservatively. Payment expressing your satisfaction is made after your first received service. No refunds are provided on received services.

After a Massage

The time it takes to disrobe and get dressed is counted as part of your session length, which is standard in massage therapy.

Drink at least two cups of water following a massage. The wonderful feeling after a massage will last longer. Water is needed to cleanse stirred debris.

Should I come with a sore throat or fever?

NO. Sickness is contagious, especially in the first three days.  Massage makes sickness feel worse.  No massage will take place when a fever is present. If you are not sure you should come, call to discuss it. 407-756-4947 Thank you for understanding and providing notice.

Tipping

CASH tipping is customary for excellent service. Credit card companies charge a merchant fee. The full amount is received when it’s cash. Though not required, it is greatly appreciated!  However, Calm Relief never wants added financial stress, and would rather have your business.
